Viking Johnson has launched EasiFit, a next‑generation encapsulation collar engineered to deliver rapid, safe, and permanent under‑pressure pipeline repairs. Designed to maintain supply continuity, EasiFit enables utilities to seal leaks and restore system integrity without shutdowns—reducing disruption and strengthening overall network resilience.

At the core of the design is a generous large‑cavity profile, providing ample space to fully encapsulate leaking joints, damaged components, and irregular surfaces. This ensures a secure and long‑lasting seal for leaking couplings, compromised flanges, spigot joints, and pipe wall failures across potable water and wastewater applications.

Built for demanding environments, EasiFit is rated for hydraulic pressures up to 32 bar, delivering double the typical 16‑bar working pressure to assure performance even in challenging operational conditions. The body features a Rilsan Nylon 11 corrosion‑resistant coating and stainless‑steel fastenings, offering durability and extended service life.

Supporting a wide variety of pipe materials and non‑standard geometries, EasiFit adapts easily to field conditions, making it ideal for both rapid emergency interventions and planned maintenance activities.

The DN100 variant is available now, with DN80, DN150, and DN200 models to follow later in 2026.

The product rollout has already begun, with stock available with key distribution partners, Wolseley (Burdens and Future Utilities) and Frazer.
