Macquarie Asset Management takes a majority shareholding in Southern Water

Macquarie Asset Management has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Southern Water’s parent company, Greensands Holdings. It will invest £1 billion of equity in Southern Water and its group focused on accelerating the transformation plans already in place around pollution reduction, improving customer service, reducing leakage and ensuring affordability.Read more:
