The 5 C’s of Marketing as lock-down eases
11th June 2020 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Key questions, practical actions, online exercises
This session will be delivered by John Batty of Bluejohn Marketing
Covid-19 has initiated change on a massive scale: homeworking; digital communications; online food shopping (online shopping for everything!); daily exercise; changed priorities (redefinition of ‘necessity’); closure of international borders; role of government… and more. It is unclear at present which changes will endure and which will pass.
This seminar looks at 5 key forces – The 5 C’s – influencing Future Water Association members’ businesses and marketing activities as lock-down eases.
For anyone that wants to spend 60 minutes staring passively at a screen; this is not the seminar for you! It uses a series of exercises that delegates will work through and be able to replicate within their own organisations to gain new perspectives on the markets and customers they serve.
Agenda:
– Marketing and Covid-19: what has changed and what’s important?
- Introduction of the 5 C’s: Change, Compassion, Communications, Continuity, Competition
- Your customers’ journey: what can you do to help?
- Brand: Is your customer the hero of the journey?
- Calls to action: can you make them more compelling?
- Thinking digital: What market role does your website and social media play?
- Pivoting – the Covid-19 buzzword: What does it mean, and does it apply to your business?
