Paul has more than 25 years’ experience with NGOs, charities and trade organisations, across the water and environment sector, including TV, radio and policy work.
Previously Director of Membership & Development at CIWEM (Chartered Institution of Water & Environmental Management); Director, International at British Water; policy adviser at the CBI (Confederation of British Industry).
Chairman, Future Water Association.
Matthew has been actively involved in the water and waste water industry for more than 15 years. Having first joined Clancy Docwra Ltd in July 2002 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in August 2016.
With 40 years experience in the Water & Wastewater sector Martyn Hopkinson is now an independent consultant working with a number of companies across the water sector, specialising in procurement, business development and innovation, working with start-ups and SME’s to bring new products and services to market.

Phill is an independent consultant working in the water sector. He is a chartered engineer and member of the Institution of Civil Engineers with over 35 years’ experience in the UK water industry.
He has extensive experience at senior management level working for a water and sewerage company, a global water and energy consultant and the trade body for the water sector – Water UK. He has a track record of working with stakeholders including Ministers and Government officials, industry regulators, consumer associations and environmental bodies.
Director, H20 WEM Ltd
Alastair is a Director of Water and Environmental Consultancy, H2O WEM Ltd which provides strategic technical and business development support to organisations operating in the water and environmental sectors. He is Chair of the Future Water Association Innovation Hub where he is leading the development of training and knowledge sharing initiatives to stimulate innovation creation and collaboration in the water industry supply chain. He also champions Future Water Association’s Skills for the Future and Young Water Dragons programmes which seek to address the looming skills shortage in the water sector.
Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of WRc based in Swindon. WRc operates across different sectors including Water, Environment, Gas and Resource Management and has as an extensive UK and international client base. WRc is also a founding member of UK Water Partnership (UKWP).

David has worked in technical and commercial roles within the water industry for over 30 years and is currently the Business Development Director at ACO Technologies plc. He previously worked at Saint-Gobain PAM for 11 years, initially as UK Sales Director and later as Business Development Director heading up the technical, marketing and communications functions. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain PAM, he was Business Development Director at Johnson Pipes and had previously held senior positions at US Filter and Palintest.
Virginie is a marketing strategy consultant with 25 years’ experience in B2B technology markets.
For decades, she designed hundreds of market entry strategies and demand generation campaigns for enterprise accounts like Apple, Analog Devices, Nokia and Texas Instruments as well as many SMEs.
