Wessex Water Launch Wessex Water Marketplace

The ‘Wessex Water Marketplace’ has been created to support the ‘Open System’ concept included in Wessex Water’s PR19 business plan.

As part of the launch, Wessex Water have released two initial challenges and datasets on the Marketplace website: reducing phosphorous levels in the Hampshire Avon river catchment and replacing analogue Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services across its sites, which will be redundant by 2025.5.

You can read more about the concept on the platform, and Wessex Water will be using this portal to share challenges that they may face over the coming AMP to engage with the market, and understand if there are alternative approaches to traditional more asset focused routes that deliver better value.
