Head of Digital Services (Property), Network Rail
Vince Herrera-Leon has been with Network Rail Property since 2013 starting his career as the Management Information Systems Manager, supporting the Property Retail team to manage and lead the Retail Management Information support team which was primarily responsible for the provision of high quality analysis on new business ideas, creating business plans and develop models for new business opportunities.
Since 2018 he has been the Head of Digital Service Network Rail Group Property leading the development, delivery and management of the Property digital strategy. Providing leadership for the development of high-quality digital services that enables the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives of improving efficiency, customer service and income.
In addition he performs key contact roles for Group Property as the:
• Information Champion & Data Protection Lead.
• Chair of the Group Property (Operational Portfolio) Digital Steering Board, working in collaboration with Route Services Information Technology, accountable for investment funding and stakeholder management.
• Chair of the Group Property Intelligent Data Steering Group, working in collaboration with Route Services & Group Finance, accountable for Intelligent data structure and stakeholder management.
Among his success are the development and deployment of Digital Footfall platform across all managed stations in the UK leading to business insights in how passengers interact within the station environment. Digital System Integrations across key platforms, Horizon (Property Management), and RCC EPOS (Retail Collection Certificates) Portal driving business efficiencies with our station retailers. Free Public WiFi Trial launched in Euston Station and London Bridge to measure critical success and enhance station users connectivity & overall station experience.
