Head of Data Factory, Thames Water
Ross has recently joined Thames Water as Head of Data Factory with a remit to modernise and transform the enterprise data fuNction. He has over 25 years of Data, Insight & Analytics, and Transformation expertise.He works with clients on an interim basis to help them understand their customers better and fix their data issues. His clients have included: Birmingham City Council, BBC, British Gas Npower, Severn Trent Water, Ordnance survey and Sainsbury.
He has an honours degree in Geography from Edinburgh University and has been voted into The Data IQ Big Data 100 as a “Data Titan” which profiles the most influential people in data driven UK business in 2015 and 2106 http://www.dataiq.co.uk/bigdata100 and voted in as Vice Chair of the Customer Data Council at the recently merged Direct Marketing association (DMA) and Institute of Direct and Digital marketing. (IDM) & Runs the Creative Data Academy program for them.
