Our CEO, Paul Horton is interviewed in the September edition of ‘The Water Report’

In the article Paul argues that the supply chain will be critical to PR19 delivery, not just the challenging leakage targets but the need to increase resilience alongside having ever more innovation. He also challenges the water companies to share their challenges, adopt open innovation and have open data culture.

One big challenge he argues is skills – with 50% of the current utilities workforce set to retire by 2024, there is a need to attract tech savvy new talent into the sector. This is one area where the whole sector should come together and collaborate, he asserts.
