Morrison Utility Services (MUS), the UK’s largest dedicated utility service provider and a part of M Group Services, has received the Gold Award from the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers for current and former defence personnel and is a scheme that has been developed by the Ministry of Defence.
One hundred employers were recognised by Defence Secretary Ben Wallace for outstanding support of the Armed Forces community, by being awarded an Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award. All will be presented with the awards on 12 November 2019 at the National Army Museum in London.
Awards are given to organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to the defence and Armed Forces community. Morrison Utility Services received the Bronze Award in December 2017 and the Silver Award in August 2018, showing its ongoing commitment and support to current and previous ex-forces personnel looking for new career opportunities.
