VIP are proud to be the preferred seal supplier to a number of leading global pipe manufacturers operating in the ductile iron, clay, plastic and concrete pipeline market sectors. VIP has also been developing and manufacturing elastomeric sealing gaskets for civil engineering and infrastructure applications.
We manufacture over 3,000 products and our modern manufacturing facilities include injection, compression and extrusion moulding, with over £6million invested in new machinery since 2004. Expertise includes: advanced compound formulation; manufacturing technologies and specialised experience in elastomeric products.

Tunnel Segment Gaskets
VIP have developed a unique jointing system for cast-in TSGs which are designed specifically to eliminate corner point loading, often the cause of cracked and damaged segments. VIP also manufactures a wide range of profiles for glued-in and hydrophilic gaskets.

Designed to perform and engineered to last, VIPSeal® is a versatile range of flexible couplings and adaptors for joining and repairing low pressure and non-pressurised pipes of any material and size combination. Every product in the VIPSeal® range meets the requirements of British and several international standards.
VIP-Weco
VIP’s no-dig solution is a permanent trenchless pipe repair system suitable for all pipeline materials. Available in diameters from DN185-DN3500mm, VIP-Weco is also perfect as an end liner seal.
Tyton-SIT Viper
The next generation of self-restrained gaskets for ductile iron pipelines to Preferred Class, available in diameters from DN80-DN600.
