In the water sector, the company offers systems for remotely sealing off sewer and drain laterals, products for plugging annular spaces in ducts and sleeves and methods of filling all types of unwanted voids. The RATBLOCK™ Bag, based on our proven FOAMBAG™ system offers a permanent solution to the problem of vermin entering disused drains. A fabric bag filled with self-actuating expanding foam is remotely installed, once in desired location the bag is left and foam expands adhering to the pipe wall and creates a permanent block. Steve Vick International has manufactured pipe coil trailers for 30 years and more recently developed an innovative range of pipe handlers which attach to the arm of an excavator, allowing PE pipe to be manoeuvred and inserted from the safety of the cab in sliplining operations. Another addition to the pipe handling range is the MACAW Pipe Crackers, hydraulic tools for breaking out cast iron mains avoiding the need to use hazardous hand held tooling."
