M Group Services (“the Company”), a £1bn turnover business that is a leading provider of services to regulated infrastructure markets in the UK including utilities, transport, telecom and data, today announced the acquisition of PMP Utilities (“PMP”).
PMP is the fifth acquisition made by the Company in 15 months. It further enhances the range of complementary specialist essential infrastructure services that M Group Services businesses are able to deliver to clients in the UK and Ireland.
PMP operates in complex, challenging confined spaces and ‘at height’ locations. It delivers mechanical engineering support, asset surveys, innovative pipeline leakage repair and emergency & rescue standby operations. By using various methodologies including rope access and no-dig repair technologies, PMP provides value engineering solutions to its clients across a broad range of infrastructure markets including water, power generation, gas and transport.
