Lisa McKenzie

Investment Manager, Veolia

Lisa has worked for Veolia for 8 years, completing their graduate programme then joining the operations team at Seafield, Scotland’s largest WWTW, as a shift manager. Following this, she worked directly for the COO for over 3 years as a strategy manager, developing strategic projects to improve the efficiency and growth of the business. This year Lisa has re-joined the technical team as asset investment manager to map asset care and improve asset investment lifecycles.

Lisa is an active member of the Institute of Water Scottish committee and was nominated as the area ‘rising star’ in 2018. She is passionate about encouraging the next generation to get involved with STEM and is an active mentor. In her spare time, Lisa and her husband run a sheep farm in the Scottish Borders.
