Kim Rodwell

Field Operations Manager, Thames Water

After graduating with a BSc in Physical Geography, Kim gained her first insight into the industry in a role where she provided a rapid response environmental impact assessment following wastewater pollution incidents. It was an eye opening start to her career.

Kim joined Thames Water 5 years ago and has progressed into her current role as Field Operations Manager for Central North London wastewater networks. Knowing what happens when things go wrong, Kim is passionate about keeping sewage in sewers and protecting our environment.

Kim is currently the Rising Star for the South East Area of the Institute of Water.
