Emerging Talent Award

Can your company provide the winner of our Emerging Talent award? Do you have a person in your organisation, new to your company (within the first five years), possibly an apprentice or graduate, or someone who has come from another sector, that has:

• Achieved beyond expectations by bringing something new to your company
• Demonstrated/shown leadership
• An interest in water and the environment
• Shown a desire to shape a different future

People Award 

We all recognise that people are the mainstay of any successful company and their contribution to their own organisations and the wider industry needs to be recognised. Do you have individuals (or teams) that have ‘gone that extra mile’ outside of the normal requirements of their work? Perhaps someone who has established a particular process or best practice in the workplace, helped to create a great team, changed performance within the work place and across the sector? If the answer is ‘yes’ then why not nominate them to receive this year’s People award?

Above & Beyond

The water industry is known for being able to rise to the many challenges facing the sector and the environment. Future Water is proud of how the sector has adapted and displayed resilience and we are also aware that none of this could have been achieved without individuals and groups going above and beyond the requirements of their daily working lives.

If you know of an individual or organisation, that has contributed something special and/or impactful, beyond their normal everyday role, we would love to support you in recognising and celebrating their achievement. This could include:

• Supporting charities by volunteering time or raising funds
• Going ‘Above and Beyond & the day job
• Adapting and responding to community needs
• Challenging existing thinking
• Doing something different

Tell us about your Above & Beyond heroes. What difference have they made and who have they supported? What challenges have they overcome and what makes them exceptional.

The judges will be looking for evidence of genuine excellence to support your entry, including dates, facts and figures, where appropriate. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on March 18th 2024. Register to join the awards ceremony here.
