The Future Water Association’s Leakage and Metering Conference and Workshop in December 2014, brought together water companies, the supply chain and industry experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities in ‘Meeting the Customer’.  


Day One – Metering and the Customer

Chaired by Andrew Tucker, Water Efficiency Manager, Thames Water Utilities

The programme explored water metering and how this helps improve services to customers and support demand and leakage reduction. The afternoon provided the opportunity for an interactive workshop session to address some key challenges.

Day Two – Reducing Leakage from the Network

Chaired by Mike Pocock, Physical Assets Strategy Manager, Affinity Water
